THERE IS WAR!!!!!!!!!!

2Co 10:3 For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does.
 2Co 10:4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.
2Co 10:5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
  It is important for us as believers to realise that there is war. The war which we fight is not physical, it is SPIRITUAL. We are in constant fight against the devil. 1pet5:8 a lot of people are being held in bondages because they failed to realise that the devil is always on their tail (Hosea 4:6). Apostle Paul realised the importance of this knowledge and so he told the church in Ephesus to PUT ON THE WHOLE AMOUR OF GOD in other to stand against the wiles of the devil (Eph 6:10).
The are a lot of weapons and shields but it is important that we put on all of them. The weapons are listed below:
1.) The belt of truth
2.) The breastplate of righteousness
3.) The boot(shoe) of the glorious Gospel
4.) The shield of faith
5.) The helmet of salvation
6.) The sword of the spirit (the word of God)
7.) Prayer in the spirit
it is important to have all the weapons listed above. The most important weapon is the last one (prayer in the Spirit) because it is the weapon of watching. Every believer should pray in the spirit. Prayer in the spirit is one of the signs that follows a believer Mark 16:17. It is the same as speaking in tongues but it is also deeper than that. It is also important for us to surrender our lives to Christ because that is the first of all the weapons. I implore you to do that now if you have not done that before or if you have fallen from the faith.
Let every one say this prayer: Lord God, help me to always be conscious of the devices of the devil and also of my victory in Christ Jesus. Amen.
